As much as i like seeing characters being clixed for the first time, id still like to see some of the classics that that have remakes way overdue.


Wheres my Howard the Duck, Man-Thing, Havoc, Blade, Major victory, or Jubilee?

Or even where are some cool looking charcters being introduced into clix? I keep seeing people talking about Shuma Gorath, and i didnt know who that was till i googled him. NOW I WANT HIM TOO!

My point is I want to see something different. seems like ive seen the same things over and over again latley. maybe im the only one idk.

Anyone else feel this way? Any characters you want to see re-made or just finally made?

I'm very happy the way the Galactic Guardians set list came out. Not too many remakes & a good surge of new characters. You'll get plenty of remakes in Chaos War. They can only make so much in a set, so not everyone will be 100% satisfied, whether it's character selection, keywords, dials, etc.

I'm happy with what's been made & what's to come. We're getting some good new characters in Chaos War as well, like Dinah Soar from GLA & Speed from Young Avengers. I hope there's some Avengers Academy or more Initiative members in the set, but if they're not, I'll still be happy about the other characters we'll get.

Im looking forward to the Chaos War set becasue of Dinah Soar and Black Knight and all those remake and cool new characters. Galactic Guardians does look like they have some good remakes like Thanos and Blastaar and some new unique ones like Cosmo. but i feel like all the rest ive seen before. its a little hard to explain

Hmm, maybe your right. Maybe im just a little dissapointed i didnt get the characters i wanted in the set. i guess ill have to actually see the figures up close to really get the feeling of it being new. good thing i bought a case

Classics? Well, I guess. Maybe. Some of them.

Doesn't have a comic, doesn't have a comic, I expect one to be coming soon after (if not inside of) Chaos War but doesn't have a comic right now, doesn't have a comic, Might make it into Chaos War but still doesn't have a comic, and I have no idea if they have a comic.

Of all of these, only two were on theme for GG (Havoc because of the Starjammer connection and Major Victory).
They put these in, something else is out, and someone is probably unhappy about it.

That's because Shuma Gorath is a minor comics character that is better known for being a character in a Marvel vs. Capcom video game.

A minute ago you wanted them to remake old classics, now you want them to make new characters that pass your 'cool' test.

Make up your mind.

They remade a lot of classic characters.
Dr. Doom is in the set, and the Hulk, and half of the Fantastic Four. How much more classic can they get?
Adam Warlock, Captain Marvel, and Thanos were integral in the 70s to laying the foundation of what the Marvel cosmos looks like today. Hard to get a more classic bunch of cosmic characters.

But then you also want cool looking new stuff.

So I am thinking that when you were looking at Doom you wished you had something new, and when you were looking at the Forgotten One or Morg you were wishing for remade 'classics' (and by classics, you mean characters that you like no matter their actual place in comics history).


A lot of people want a lot of new characters. I could rattle off a hundred without thinking too hard.
Doesn't have anything to do with the quality of a set unless you make up your mind that a set has to have X, Y, and Z to be any good.

And if you do that, you are probably setting yourself up to be very unhappy.

I have enough real-world stuff to make me unhappy.

Second. obviously you didnt read anything else i was talking about in this thread.
Third. Who said i was specifically talking about those characters i want to be in galactic guardians or chaos war?

Maybe you should have an open mind before assuming this thread is about me being "unhappy" with whats in these sets

I'm just hoping for a Catman remake in one of the 2 Bat-sets. I really want to run a legit Secret Six team for the No Man's Land events and reference the Battle for the Cowl crossover.

I don't mind the Origins vet in the slightest, but I'd love to see it in a Batman set, along with Jeanette, if possible.

Yeah, he's decent, but if I'm competing in a Modern Age event for one of these NML tourneys, I'ma want that team of him and Ragdoll, the He/She Wonder parading around with Bane.

And both should have been repaints in the Superman set. A brown-painted Thomas Wayne Bat-Man would have been perfect and Silver Banshee works fine for Jeanette. Heck, I'm sure they could have even found a way to turn Non into King Shark if they really wanted to.

Um Nebula was done before way back in Clobbering Time
But you did forget a few other new figures in this set including
Cosmo and the Various Nova Corspmen
And as to never before seen I think Astral Form Strange is lot more unique than Strange with a new Ta
