Bt sent me a PM stating that he actually would have hit Roy. I dug out the e-mail and that's true.

Bt, in the future it would be best if you not only include all modifiers and such in your dice rolls (look at my dice rolls sent to you), but also put all important information in the turn itself.

How it should effect this turn is as follows. Bt will need to roll Troia's PC roll for the hit on Roy. Then you will need to roll for the second Flurry.
