(Our Infinity Gauntlet Month 5 is this weekend. So any speculation will come to light once I see things in action. Never seen Ziran to recall off the top of my head. )

Might be worth it to dump the gauntlet and add Greeen Kryptonite. Does that remove the flight symbol or does it just counter the ability?

If you're not playing a Gauntlet event, in which you have to use the specified map, DC Explorer's Chase Thanos team has +9 Scientists as well as Tomar Re's +1 to initiative. In which you can pick Hawkworld map and use cramcompany's tactic.

He only tests at 600+. If he's at 300 he's just a nasty colossal.

Actually what's the object that causes earthbound? Isn't there an old object that causes earthbound within 5 squares or something? Kinnetic something or other.

Which is why timing might be an issue, since I'll probably see either Ziran or Thanos teams at the 600+ level.

I think it's the fact that you are saying "Dc Explorer" which I assume is an hcrealm's user name on here. Nobody knows what you are talking about when you say that. So specifics would be helpful in us understanding the team you are giving as an example.

Aerial baffler? Maybe? Kryptonite adds the benefit of screwing Superman though.

Yea Aerial baffler. But Aerial Baffler causes them to gain earthbound. The kryptonite only says they "Can't use the flight ability." It doesn't cause them to actually not possess the flight symbol anymore. So IMO you'd need the baffler.

I'm sure you could work a 500 point theme team that does about the same thing.

IG5 Chase Thanos Team

The other one is just the same team, but in the Audio/Video section of Gen. Discussion, basically showcasing the team. But it discusses the same things in the Combat formations thread, which is the tactics involved and how to use it.

He gets heat from everybody, including myself, about the cheesyness of said team.

I unsubscribed from the video one and gave up replying after arguing with another user who was defending him.
