#Cat Burglar:#Catwoman can use Flurry. Give Catwoman a free action when she is adjacent to a heavy or light object and exchange that object for any other object on the map or held by another character; after doing so, roll a d6; on a result of 1-3, remove the exchanged object from the game.
And from IG rules:
Assign#- Infinity Gauntlet is assigned to a character when you reveal your force and only that character can use its effects. When assigned character is KO'd, opponent scores the Infinity Gauntlet.
My question is since the IG is an object but not placed on the board, can Catwoman swap it out? It says the object is assigned. But is the character using the object HOLDINF the IG?
Before they are picked up? Absolutely. Relics are special objects while on the map (albeit indestructible and immobile ones), and can be "stolen" by Catwoman.
I found it interesting, if a little confusing, that Catwoman's wording uses the term "exchange" as opposed to "place", but it became clear when I realized Relics cannot be "placed".
what I like most about her power is it's a free action meaning if she does the swap and fails her roll afterward, she can attempt to pick up the object.

As far as I know, they are just different classifications of tools available for clix to interact with. Since Catwoman's power specifically lists heavy or light objects, that is the extent of the tools she can affect. Had it said simply 'object' she could have affected light, heavy, AND special objects.
To compare, Kitty Pryde's power:
MASSIVE DISRUPTION: When Kitty Pryde moves due to her own action, after actions resolve you may remove from the map any objects occupying her square, an adjacent square, or being held by an adjacent character.

yeah but it would take more than one turn, since her power requires her to be adjacent, and to pick up the object you must occupy the square the object is in.
Want a nice tactic...used this while testing her in a friendly.
Opponent used Gamma Bomb, placed 6 squares from my starting area and placed a light and heavy object near his starting area, outside of the blast radius so they would survive.
Since I had the IG on one of my figs (Bat/Cat) I stayed in my starting area and my opponent let me...figuring he could rush me once the bomb got close and I tried to scurry away.
When the bomb hit 4 I sat Catwoman in some hindering next to the light object on his side of the board. When it hit 1 (on my turn and Catwoman had no tokens) I exchanged the Gamma Bomb with the light, rolled a 4 so it survived, and Leap Climbed 9 squares away. BOOM!

Hope this helps...
Special objects can be light, heavy, or immobile. Catwoman's power would have no effect on an adjacent immobile object (like the Gamma Bomb), but it could be used on a light or heavy special object like the various Lanterns, Soda Machine, Dumpster, etc.
"How does [insert special power] work with the new 2013 rules?"
Most everything special power-wise, we're looking into. The PAC changes may change the way some special powers function; we're checking on them before the June release. In the meantime, ask your judge.
Yeah she's superior to Sargon with Red simply because Sargon requires Smoke Cloud 4 range (Of course within range of the Red K). Hers is a free action : P
