As evidence of my forthcoming victory, I HAVE TAKEN CONTROL OF THE HELLICARRIER (Running Shot) leaving you no ground to run to with my 11 attack, especially when I have complete WEATHER CONTROL (Pulse Wave). In case you didn't recognize me I am THE NEXT GENERATION of Ultron designed in a sleeker, more visually stimulating shell. My will is Indomitable. My defenses impregnable. My attack remains strong. I will not give up until you are all destroyed.


Your technology is useless against me. I have taken control of IRON MAN'S ARMOR (Invulnerability) and ASSIMILATED STARKTECH (Perplex). You have your so called champions, but EVEN THIS "SENTRY" IS NO MATCH (Psychic Blast) for my power. As you can see I will cut through your defenses with ease.


Give up now. Even with the highly improbable odds that you could penetrate my defenses, I will merely SUMMON THE DRONES and transmit my consciousness to other Ultron Drone units and Iron Man Drone armor until you yield to sheer numbers. There is no limit to the number of times I may summon drones. Wave after wave, you will suffer an agonizing defeat.


I have also CALCULATED AND EXECUTED (Outwit) my plan in millions of test scenarios and the odds forever favor my victory. Should I suffer a 110111 ERROR REBOOT, I will merely Regenerate my form and use my Super Senses to avoid any threats. This ability cannot be countered, so bow down before me, my meat puppets and tremble in fear.

With two point costs I have multiple options to defeat you alongside my servants in the Masters of Evil or Lethal Legion. Any Robot or Armor figure will also submit and join me in my conquest. Not even the earth's mightiest heroes can put a stop to my eventual, inevitable victory.

Do not even hope to think that purchasing a Chaos War micro set booster on June 27th for 2.99 will grant you any heroes to combat me, for I shall have assimilated all those weaklings during transit. Resistance is futile.

Yes!!!! A cheap Ultron I can put on my Master of Evil teams. This is a must have for me. Some deadly powers there. Both point costs are pretty awesome.

My initial reaction is "Very nice.," and I believe I want to linger at that for a while. That there's more than just the Ultron Drones coming is also fun news. This is looking very cool.

I especially love seeing an SP with Regeneration and Super Senses - made even more terrific by being immune to Outwit. Naked clicks of Regeneration (seen far, far too often) always call out "Kill me now! It never gets easier than this!"

Am I reading Ultron's Regeneration correctly...that Ultron can Regenerate even if SR Thanos is on the map??

No, still can't. Thanos' trait says "other characters can't be healed", it's not countering healing abilities. Are you being healed? Yes? Then don't. That is how Thanos works.

On my must have list for Summon the Drones alone. Wonder if Ultron gets a regular set version or not? Seems like this might be the only other version we get of this characters outside of the Drones. If so, that makes this even more of a must have.

What does Thanos' power say?

Seems to me that Ultron can use Regeneration, but will not heal from regeneration so long as Thanos is on the map.

Reminds me a lot of a better version of CAP MODOK, to be honest.

Glad to see that the CTD has some heavy hitting pieces and just isn't filler with smaller value versions of the main set (I'm looking at you, CAP set.)

Damnit, I was hoping to avoid the CTD figs altogether. Looks like I'll have to make at least one exception, though.
