You can prob his heal and save from ko rolls.....nice.
Second.....bummer this was the one figure I thought would be the ultimate annoyance piece with super sense, impervious, and shape ch......oh well...still looks awesome good work bud.
A good defense will only last for so long, before you must crush your enemies outright!

This Mr. Sinister is soooo much better then his Ultimates Version it is not funny.
Well, that may not be saying much.
Still I am glad I have ordered a case as Chaos Wars is shaping up to be the best set this year.
Great piece and a beuatiful sculpt. I love the idea of adding the designer to the sculpts. I only have a few quips, but they are minor/personal preferance. He seems kind high in point cost for his power level (the forementioned 150-175 would have been ideal). Personaly I would have made him a couple clicks less, no Impervious, and some kind of Mastermind (maybe an Inv/MM combo). Otherwise spot on I say. Congrads on winning and making well balanced piece. How many rounds of refinment did you go through?
You're really comparing a 86 point figure with 19 defense and the former powers to a 225 point figure with 18 defense, especially when the former has move and attack abilities and the ability to move hit things practically anywhere?
I'm comparing how difficult they are to successfully damage. How many other figures have similar combinations of three avoidance powers top-click like that?

1) I love the sculpt. It's cool, it is different, and it is definately representative of the character.
2) I like that the dial seems to be costed effectively, though he definately is not meant to be played in 300 point games, that is ok because I am the only one of my group who really likes the 300 game anyway. A lot of people like to throw down with 500+ games and this guy will fit right in.
3) It definately has the fell of a fan designed figure and that is a good thing. It's created with love for the character and does represent the character's widely varying powers quite well.
Here is my one nitpick, though this should not be taken as "This figure sucks" or anything like that, just my bit of discussion.
I don't really like the idea of Sinister on the battlefield having so much of a backfield supporter in him. I get that it fits the idea of the mastermind in sinister, but in the comics, when sinister was pulling the strings of battle, he usually wasn't even really there. If it was Sinister himself on the field of battle fighting, he was a beast and usually required some dues ex machina way to take him out. So my one slight disagreement more than dislike is that the figure should have been designed either as a complete backfield manipulator OR a combat monster will full Sinister power. This figure feels like a combination of both, and some will like that. I particularly don't and that is OK!
Great job though!
But I know a way, we can make you a warrior,
Even though now you're a wuss. It's the way of the Platypus!
after reading the first page im going to guess im the only one that hates the sculpt.. i would love if it was just him on there but whats that big A thing up there with him??? do we really need that on the dial with him?? it makes him look super small B^( if i pull one im cutting him off that stupid stand and ripping that thing off the dial and pasting him back onto just the dial B^(
A great piece thats well done. Its one of the very few remakes that I am interested in collecting.
The piece looks like true rendition of the character and a good fun piece for the home games I prefer.
At the cost with a lack of HSS, Move and Attack, or willpower it wont be a tournament staple or a piece found on highly competitive team. Just too many points to build around in the smaller 300 to 400 point builds.
Still a great well designed piece that shows you dont have to break a piece to make him great!!!
