View Poll Results: Who is the toughest Single Carded Figure Batman
Vote on who you think is the toughest Single Carded Figure Batman to date. I included the one from the new JL Set.You can look up the dial for it in the Units Section.
(The Poll is not seeking the best for the Points, but rather a combination of the toughest on attack and hardest to take out). However, all comments on best for the points is welcome.
DKR100 Marquis figure, hands down!! STRIKE FROM THE SHADOWS makes DKR100 a giant-killer, especially on his 2nd click with Flurry; a potential for 6-damage penetrating not counting any modifiers borders on broken!?!
But I like it, The Batman SHOULD be broken, fighting fair is for the Boy Scout in Blue!!!!
WE'RE IN THIS TOGETHER makes DRK100 even more effective, allowing an effective 13-AV (including the -1 DV to his target as an AV bump) before Gordon's PD TA kicks in.

Although DKR100 Marquee figure is better then good. The Arkham Asylum #099 Chase Lampost Batman is... The Batman. Nothing beats a loaded Charge/Flurry with a free Smoke Cloud + Special Stealth w/ Outwit and did I mention Indomitable? Drop the Gauntlet on him and he's a beast. Same goes for DKR100 Batman as well.
"I want you to remember my hand at your throat. I want you to remember the one man who beat you." -Batman
Point for point, DKR 29 takes the cake.
Runner up is OOTS Bats. OOTS is crazy on the right map.
Lamppost Bats doesn't have any defense powers that would help him when he's attacked, which puts him under. His offense is undoubtedly the best though.
Sinestro Bats just doesn't have the longevity, as one good shot puts him in easily killable territory.
"The future is not fixed, and my choices are my own... and yet, how ironic! For I now find, I have no choice at all! I am warrior... let the battle be joined." Dinobot
I'm currently using OOtS Bats in a Supremacy League team. He has near single handedly taken down an Anto Monitor, Magog, and the new 150pt Supes. Hands down the best bat there is.
029 The Batman "feels" like Bruce to me. Dual Incap, Indomitable, Outwit, Flight, Charge, CCE, Damage reducers...he doesn't need Feats or a Gauntlet to play like Batman should.
For gameplay effectiveness, the Marquee Batman wins in a landslide. He's the next figure that people will complain is "broken."
"Because sometimes the truth isn't good enough. Sometimes people deserve more. Sometimes, people deserve to have their faith rewarded."
OoTS Batman = awesome sauce. Simply put, in the right hands and on most maps, this Batman will still eliminate far more points than you pay for him, and that is how I justify "best of the best" in heroclix. I look at effectiveness vs point cost.
OoTS still reigns supreme king under that criteria.

4 years later and Out of the Shadows Bats is still the best around. Really captures the feeling of Bats snatching thugs and pulling em into the darkness(Batman Begins style).
