Hulk set or Chaos War set?


Ive seen just about the same level if bickering and unpleasant posts between the two sets. When its all said and done, which one do you think will remain the black sheep of the 2012 clix family?


I for one dont understand the hate behind the CW set.
Other than a few subtheme issues *needed more than 2 GLA, and more than 1 WCA* I am slowly but surely starting to enjoy the set.

Hulk set worst of all 2012!

Chaos War wins the silver between the 3 Marvel comic-based sets in 2012.

Really? Whining about only 1 WCA?!
I'm most annoyed by the 1 Pet Avenger and the 1 Young Avenger and the 0 Avengers Academy sub-themes!

I think CW rocks! The return of 100 point characters with more than 6 clicks!

Huh? Based on the sculpts I just assumed Hulk, Galactic Guardians and Chaos War were all the same set.

No complaints about Chaos War. Then again I wasn't angry about Hulk either, so those that have strong opinions will discount mine as coming from a deranged mind.

I'm judging this set as a Whole on this One!

Chaos war Is absolutely perfect for me!

I think the realization that so many figures are re molds from the last few sets are pretty Depressing! The Duos are a nasty Example of Sculpt Re Use .

I think the Hulk set will live on in infamy as the set that was named after Hulk, had quite a few hulks in it, and none of them really represented the Hulk at all.

It is going to be hard to live down...

I do think that Incredible Hulk (and Captain America, the previously poorly received set) will look better amongst players that reach for characters from those sets to build comic-inspired forces.

Chaos War should address a lot of the "meh" for players that didn't want "movie" Avengers in their forces, and is going to be a go-to set for a lot of players that travel the comic-inspired force-building route.

Ultimately, I do think that Incredible Hulk will be the bigger disappointment, largely because the Hulks in that set have been shown up by both the Movie Avengers and Galactic Guardians Hulks.

If you didn't include the chases I think I might actually say CW is worse then Hulk. But the duos push CW over Hulk and it's Hulked Out Heroes.

Problems with the Hulk set are much less so now that we've got AVM Hulk and Worldbreaker in the pipeline. Just a handful of cheap, lame Hulks going around, and that's much less painful now that we know we're actually getting some beastly Hulks.

but yeah, i wasnt expecting many young avengers, so the two that i got are fine with me.
the keyword needs a serious increase of playable dials now though.

So kind of like the Ang Lee Movies?

I really wished they had the Avengers Academy kids in this set, I am super disappointed that they're not (those chases look awesome though).
