So, Dr. Doom and Kang's Betrayal SP says that if you choose Doom you get Outwit and if you choose Kang you get Prob. Is that only while the Betrayal SP is showing? I'm assuming it is, but just want to clarify that.

Not sure why you'd think otherwise. It shows, you choose, it's one of them. When you heal back, they're a duo again; however, if you hit this power again, I'm sure you're stuck with your original choice, a'la the ruling with Flash & Superman.

if you read the whole power , it says even if this power is lost. so once they reveal that power you choose either doom or kang and then you get the use of outwit or PC and they possess the standard attack symbol for the rest of the game till they are KO'd.

it also says ONCE per game so no matter how many times you reveal this click you are stuck with the original choice. Also once you reveal this power they never possess the duo attack ability. Cause it states :

"When this click is revealed for the first time in a game, stop turning the dial and choose Dr. Doom or Kang. For the rest of the game, even if this power is lost, this character now possesses "standard attack symbol" and if you chose Dr. Doom, this character can use Outwit, or if you chose Kang, this character can use Probability Control "

I'd like to see this get answered just because I'm not sure what the intent of the power is. To me it looks like the way it should currently work is to only have access to the power when that SP is showing.

Yes but the "rest of the game even when blah blah" part could just be referring to the attack symbol, not the use of the power. The use of the power may actually only be linked to the choice of the character. I can see it going the other way since its confusingly / poorly worded... But I think currently, the prob or outwit only works with that SP showing.

If you read the power it states exactly , EVEN IF THIS POWER IS LOST.

Why do people not just take it how it says it? realy? (gasket blowing time)

Say it outloud, realy. read the power outloud, and think about how it sounds....

Yes, but that may ONLY be referring to the loss of the duo attack symbol. Similarly to how Cable/Deadpool work or Flash/Superman.

Please read this as one complete sentence, which it is. there for its a whole package. Punctuation marks such as periods would make the powers of outwit or prob dependant on the power showing but since there are commas it means everything in the sentence is gained and kept even if the power is lost

Correct me if i'm wrong here fellas but here's the difference between how we're interpreting this power... I'm reading the power objectively how I think it should work, and you're in the trouble zone for when new characters are released that many often run into... You're reading the power how you want it to work.

I said it myself admittingly, that I could see it going the other way. I just don't think how it's currently worded that it works how you want it to.
