It's Day 3 of GenCon, which means that all those Grinders are finally about to pay off ... Today is Day 1 of the actual 2012 HeroClix World Championship game that count! There is still a Last Chance event that feeds directly into Sunday, and will report the results of that awe get them. 2010 Champion George Massu is already in with his Origins win, and Dan Joynes get the automatic bye into Sunday with his win last year. A lot of other great players are waiting for the field due to their convention wins.

I can't wait to see some of the featured games on YouTube. Its almost like back in the day when Magic had tournaments that got TV time on ESPN2. This should become a regular thing

what I'd LOVE to hear about is something crazy like...

CW Hawkeye, Sharon Carter, Victoria Hand, Scarlet Witch and Mockingbird? keep the team huddled, and they can all be sneaky... and if Hand changes sides, she's of no use as long as Sharon's still on the board, and in reach of your other pieces... assuming of course you'd have the hindering to hide in. I dunno... it's just a crazy idea of mine.

I've seen a lot of Scarlett Witch so far in the featured table. The first video bombed out; but we are catching out stride on round 3. There is a Sentry Void mirror that is playing between 2 undefeated players, obviously only one will come out of that.

I'm interested to see some of the teams that make top 14. Sentroid is an easy play but the combination of Golden Age and no objects, BFCs, feats or anything will hopefully spark some creativity.
