The Vehicles of DC HeroClix: Batman – G.C.P.D. Cruiser!
Welcome back to another Vehicle preview from the upcoming DC HeroClix: Batman set. Today we look at the transport of choice of the Gotham City Police Department, the GCPD Cruiser!
I am not a big fan of vehicles. They just seem silly and the scale is all wrong.
But as far as they go this isnt bad.
"A Jester unemployed is nobody's fool." - The Court Jester "And so he says, I don't like the cut of your jib, and I go, I says it's the only jib I got, baby!
This figure with LT Gordon will be silly. People will find that the police car is lamp 2.0 on steriods. Look at the clear the streets power one more time. You get a placement ability and free damage!

What's silly is how Lt. Gordon is ordering this car to move alongside him, instead of him getting in the dang thing!
But really, what's even sillier is putting Hal Jordan into the mix! Suddenly him, Gordon, and the cop car are FLYING. I have to get this vehicle now, if only to help the Police keyword take the title of "most powerful generic keyword" away from the Scientists!
The police car is a 4x2 base, the only vehicle with a 6x3 is Blue Beetles "Bug" ship. That said that movement power is crazy, move through a guy, place them where you want within three squares and deal them 1 penetrating damage?
Two or three of these things being driven by low point police or Gotham city guys will really hurt any team for a low point investment and 11 clicks of life will pretty much let them do this 2-3 times each before they can be taken out.
I really like it. Flash is going to have fun driving it into the ground then hypersonic ing what's left. Wally should be able to use support on it. He was the police mechanic after all.
