We are happy to present to you all with a character born and trained by assassins, accepted into the Batman Family as Batgirl, and now serving as the representative of Batman Inc. in Hong Kong, Blackbat!

What's this?? A ray of hope that this set won't suck?

Way better than I dared hope. One of my all time top 5 DC characters, (she's actually the only reason I read No Man's Land way back when, just to read her first appearances... and why oh why can't she have her own ongoing? Blackbat in Hong Kong just writes itself!). She's gonna be the "John Constantine" of this set for me, I think, that piece I use on every team until people get tired of her. I'm having trouble thinking of a more versatile melee attacker at that point range, and I'm okay with that, cuz I'd just end up using her all the time anyway just to have Cassie Cain on the board. Plus, that smoke cloud trait is just brutal against opponents without Stealth busters.

I definitely want her, she is good!

I'm really stoked about Blackbat! Like you have no idea. She is just devastating for what she does on a Batman Ally team. Not only is her Quake special power pretty amazing if she manages to roll well, but the ability to Charge in and pound someone and then proceed to protect herself with a free Smoke Cloud is just stupidly good. I cannot wait to get this piece, she's just amazing.
