I'm a newb to play by post and would like to give it a shot. Anybody out there wanna teach me how to do it and play? Post here if you do.

I'll play with ya. I'm a bit new to it myself but i've been observing them for a time now. Basically, we keep track of our own figs and placements. All moves for the turn should be posted here in this thread and preferably the final positions for the end of each turn. Just look at some of the threads here and you'll get what i mean.

Let's just use this site...it has the maps and the dice roller...it's pretty straightforward...just fiddle with it for a while...

The good thing about these games is that we don't have to be online at the same time. You post your moves for the turn. Then maybe later on in the day, I do mine.

Sounds good to me. Wanna try playing a more themed match? Bad guys vs. good guys? Avengers vs. X-Men? Batman vs. Batman Enemies? I think it would add more excitement to the game. Will we do it where we write it into a story too in each post? Just get back to me on these parts and we can start.

Yeah, sure. Just tell me the theme you want and I'll be glad to make a team for it. It's a good way to use the otherwise weaker figs.

Let's just do a 300 pt pure marvel or DC all heroes teams...choose either marvel or DC then I'll take the other. Then we can do classic marvel vs DC match-ups to make it interesting.

Yeah, I have AIM. But the problem is we'd have to be online at the same time to play an IM game. I'm from a diffrent country, a different timezone so it might be harder for us to find a common time.

"I'm detecting some odd people in this area," said Iron Man, using the radar on his armor. "I think I should check this out. You stay here Sally."

"Will do Mr. Stark." said his Technician who was there in case he got hurt.

"Well I'm coming with you Chrome Dome." piped in a familiar voice.

"Spiderman? What are you doing here?" Iron Man said in suprise.

"I was just in the neighberhood and saw you down here. Felt like checking these "odd" people out with you." Spiderman replied.

"Fine then you can come. But watch out. We don't know what were up against." Iron Man warned him.

"Well were coming too," said Logan and Angel, who had just flown down. "Cerebro just detected them too. The X-Men need to be represented in this."

"And I'm coming too." said a familiar red, horned man.

All of you?!" Iron Mans draw jopped under his armor. "And what's your excuse Daredevil?"

"I have nothing better to do?" he said, shrugging.

"Fine then," Iron Man sighed. "Move out. And don't mess things up."

With that Iron Man grabbed Spidey and pulled him to the center of the building in front of them. Daredevil leaped on top of one of the cars in the parking lot.

"I think we'll wait a bit first." said Logan, puffing on his cigar.
