Mmhm.

A few things jump right out at me. You've got a lot of people with the SHIELD team ability. It's a nice trick, but it requires you to use up a move action. Also, you don't have any fliers, so this team isn't going to move quickly. Third, your SHIELD players are typically going to be close together to use their team ability. This will make you vulnerable to Energy Explosion. In short, a team with ranged attack is going to hurt this group. The Dynamo/Samson combo is nice, but there isn't enough here to back it up.

First I'd try to get some Avengers. They're free move works wonders with the SHIELD team ability, so you won't lose all your actions each turn. Second, I'd get some extra skills in there like Outwit and Probability Control. Then I'd get some cheap but realible taxis and create a back-up team for Crimson Dynamo and Samson.

Here's a suggestion:

V Crimson Dynamo 134pts.
V Doc Samson 102pts.
V SHIELD Sniper 18pts.
V Paramedic 12 pts.
E Black Cat 32 pts.
R Black Panther 27 pts.
E Doombot 33pts.
V Pyro 42pts.

400pts.

Black Cat because your second SHIELD agent. Doombot can also help out, or he can be a free taxi for Pyro. Black Panther and Pyro assist your big two. I don't think any of these pieces will be difficult to obtain.

Personally, I think you can use your points better than Crimson Dynamo and Doc Samson. But I'm guessing their here out of your personal preference, so I'll leave them be.
