why are the rookie's and veteran's storm's base like the ones in IC?and the exp. is not + they're from Xplosion

storm was originally suppose to be in IC but the exp. im not sure

i didnt get what he was asking at first i think its because the vet and rookie are flying and the exp isnt. so it wont break or something when you try and click them.

R and V Storm are holdovers from the first Marvel set in which all figs were on the old style base. E would have been on the same base and w/ a flight base but w/out the flight wing, as were rogue, manbat and dove, but by the time they got to explosion, they were doing the figs right on the base as was the case w/Invisible girl and fatality, so they made an all new base w/ the inverted newer style. You can also tell since there are no powers on the R or V Storm that weren't available to IC, but there are new powers (perplex) on the e version. FYI.
