Exclamation 300pt Silver Surfer Team
Hey this is my new Silver Surfer team, since he was the first unique I drew in Critical Mass. Here goes:

1 Silver Surfer (U)
1 Black Cat (Exp)
1 Taskmaster (V)
1 AIM Medic (V)

Total: 297 points

This team operates about the two fighters staying together. The Taskmaster stays in front of the SS and takes his defense of 18. With a perplexed up defense, the Taskmaster could have a total of 21 against ranged attacks. The SS would take running shots carrying the Taskmaster and taxi the TM up to stealthed guys or ranged combatants (that the SS couldn't outfight anyway). Black Cat and TM could take the Hydra tem ability to add to the SS's ranged attack. Black Cat would help in general, and would especially be useful if the SS has to regenerate.

Tell me what you think! (by the way, I don't have rookie Taskmaster, so please don't tell me to put him on. .

you can't perplex your defense. when your turn is over, so is your perplex.

There's no purpose to perplexing DV, perplex only lasts to the end of your turn. So the max DV he'd have would be 20 against range.

The team is pretty shallow on figures, but thats hard to avoid with as high cost a fig as Silver Surfer. Consider dropping Taskmaster for a cheaper perplexer like Gambit and getting in another cheap attacker.

U Silver Surfer 173
E Black Cat 32
V Gambit 51
E Bullseye 31
V Paramedic 12
Total 299

This would give you another strong ranged threat, while still having a perplexer for the surfer. Surfer could carry Bullseye into position, then grab gambit if you want to keep his perplexer close. With a 14 move running shot its not to hard to attack while still coordinating him as a taxi.
VAS, or at least pretending.

Successful trades with:
Speedkillz, malephoenix, MightyQ, griftertea, mrspeed74, Avendoral, scooterman
