Hey all. First off Id like to thank everyone whos has, at one time or another, voted on one or more of my VS threads here. It really makes setting them up worth while knowing that you all enjoy them so much, which makes it alot of fun for me as well. Thanks all, really.

Now, Im going stop the usual VS threads I do for a while, with Daredevil and Green Arrow (though youre more than welcome to keep participating on any you wish as well) and Im going to try something alittle new, for me anyway.

Id like to set up a Contest Of Champions, which will be created in part by YOU all, and the winner from each battle will then move forward until we have one ultimate winner for the series.

How YOU are going to help, if youd like to that is, is that Id like each of you to nominate ONE and only one character youd like to see entered into this Tournament. I need 32 total, and each of you can only enter ONE character for this series of battles.

After I have 32 combatants, Hero AND Villian, Ill randomly pit them one and against the other, and like my normal VS threads, YOU will help vote for the winner, which will then move forward and so on.

***Now this is NOT a traditional Marvel vs DC series, since depending on the randomness of the pics, we could easily see Marvel vs Marvel, and DC vs DC, at any time here.***

The first set will include those Heavyweights we all know and love. If you think a character has what it takes to make it in this Contest, enter their name.

Hmmmm, I think Dark Phoenix, and her ability to destroy entire suns might be alittle out of range for even these giants. (as I harshly found out when I pitted her against Darkseid. )

As for KC Superman, I think were going to go with their basic and most popular forms, so we dont have Warrior Madness Thor, Sun Dipped Superman, Cosmic Spiderman, and so on. Ill count your vote in for the classic Superman, if you wish thugit.
