Well, I dont normally "argue" for characters that I myself havent picked to win. I didnt pick Nimrod for the victor, so I didnt do much arguing for his defense. Sure, Ive added my comments before, when my guy was in the lead and I didnt feel the other guy was getting enough credit or due, but most here seemed to know Nimrod pretty well, and made good opinions on why Doom would win. (Magic, expert in electronics, etc.) Nimrod is a TANK, hes strong, durable and has loads of physical and mental weaponry from the future. Do I think he got shafted here due to Dooms popularity, possibly, but nonetheless the votes are what counts and unfortunately he will not be advancing.
