Relentlessly I pursue a Spidey Team! poor guy, he never gets to play. Spidey and I are open to suggestions. Here's what I was considering:

E Spidey CM
E Black Cat
V Daredevil IC
E Paramedic
V Human Torch
E Captain America
V Shield Trooper

300 even.

This is an okay team, but you're a little lite on damage.

If you're really pursuing a Spidey team, I'd suggest bumping up to the Vet Spidey. He's just better all around with the Wildcard ability.

And Daredevil. Why are you including him, exactly? I mean, I like the character, but his clix just aren't impressive. Even with the Wildcard he just doesn't justify his cost. 9 AV, 4 range, single target Incapacitate. For 50 points. Uh uh.

I do like Torch and Cap and Black Cat though.

Let's see, V CM Spidey is 17 points more expensive. You could drop the Shield Trooper for an even trade.

But you still have 50 points tied up in Daredevil. If you really WANT a Daredevil, you could use the CM Exp Daredevil for 43 points. He's got Stealth + the same 4 range but with two targets, 9 AV and 2 damage, but you loose the Spidey team.

Or you could use the XP Exp Daredevil for 51 points (downgrading the Paramedic to make up the points). He doesn't have the Spidey team either, and he still has that 4 range, but he has a 9 AV and double target Incapacitate.

Or, you COULD drop Daredevil altogether and put in Iceman, who is, after all, a Spidey Friend! Exp Iceman is 36 points, and you get the Defenders Team to copy. But he's not very strong. The Vet Iceman is 47 points and you get to copy the XMen TA, AND Iceman has a strong 9 AV and can do 3 damage at range and use Barrier to protect your team.

IMO, any of those options would make your Spidey team a lot stronger.

Dont have a V Spidey Daredevil is in there because he is one of Spideys boys and never gets any play time. Probably because he kinda stinks. I'll have to check on the E Cm daredevil. I do have the E Xplosion one. Its hard to get Spidey in a team that works and is kinda Spidey themed. This team is functional, but is gonna be in trouble as soon as someone with INV or IMP shows up.

personally, i love the Vet CM Daredevil - 9 AV isn't perfect, but his 17 DV w/Super Senses combined with Stealth are a HUGE pain for opponents. what if:

R SHIELD Agent - 10

Torch carries Psylocke, whose Enhancement bumps up his Running Shots. she takes her own shots & provides cover (thanks to Stealth) while he rests. DD moves around in Stealth picking people off. Spidey yoinks objects & is a close combat brawler. Black Cat provides PC & is a good secondary attacker. the Paramedic heals, and the SHIELD Agent loans his TA to ranged attacks & can be a good bodyguard for the Paramedic.

I like tossing in a lil chump Skrull also for the TA. And Hydra. BC makes a decent Hydra booster to a ranger w/her PC. But that's me.
Otherwise I think foreman's rendition is cool. Cat and Psy are great chars.

When I made this team, I was looking to get an X-man for the TA. Never thought of Psylocke. Which is dumb, because I had just been teaming her with the Torch on Sunday. They did well for themselves. Sorry, Cap. You gotta go. Poor guy.
