I see that they adjusted the MOE/IL TA, but does this now mean that the attacker can use powers against the enemy? It does say specifically range or close, so I would assume flyers can use ranged attacks on the target, but could they use RCE? It would not matter for grounded figs as the TA still requires multiple figs to base an enemy.

I wish I could read these at work - have to wait until I'm home.
But from reading user comments:

Does it say ATTACKS or ACTIONS? That is a big difference and why MoE was short-changed. ACTIONS good - ATTACKS bad.

This brings up the question of what happens with attacks that target both objects and figures.
This logically concludes if you target a wall and a fig and you miss the fig - you can have the damage go to the wall. If you have enough damage - you could have a figure struck with a click and the wall / object destroyed with the 3 remaining clicks.

A character may not use Running Shot unless that character's final destination square allows it to draw clear line of fire to a target
How has this changed? Were people really saying - I have LoF to Robin - so I'm going to use Running Shot to move behind the wall but still get to attack him?

What if the target is object/blocking terrain, and the figure has less than 3 damage?
It takes 3 clicks to destroy a wall or object. You can't do 3 - essentially nothing happens except you wasted a turn.
Stupid Adobe, can't copy and paste!!!
Tyro, it says, as close to word for word as possible, "...ranged or close combat action.." The only word in the whole description they changed is ACTION.

2 other changes that I notice (and I am not sure I like) are that it now says any figure starting a move action in hindering terrain has its movement halved. That would affect flyers who, previously, did not suffer this fate if I am reading this correctly.
The second is that it now clearly states that to get to a rooftop via ladder you must go through both the bottom and top squares that the ladder is in. So now, it is definitely possible to make the rooftop that is only accessable by ladder off limits to non-flying/phasing/LeapClimbing figures by just putting a thug at the top of the ladder.
Those are what jump out at me but I could be reading them wrong. If I am, please correct me

This has to do with the Sentinel's Multi-Attack / Running Shot combination which allows you to move further with Running Shot than with a move action due to some idosyncracies with the Sentinel's rules.

Insufficient damage means that the attack may not be made. It's a funky LOF question, and has real repercussions for e.g. the Sentinel Mk III which would otherwise have a damage of 2.
