1. does your SENTINEL have to return to his original 4 squares in your starting area to drop off characters, or can it be anywhere within your starting area?
2. can a SENTINEL capture&carry someone with BATTLE FURY?
3. does hindering terrain stop OUTWIT&PERPLEX from working?
4. can you use PSYCHIC BLAST & RANGED COMBAT EXPERT together?

2- yes
3- only if the target has stealth thereby preventing you from having Line of Sight
4- no. RCE takes a power action and gives a ranged combat attack. PB takes a ranged combat action.

and in case anyone asks, a stealther can't move behind terrain to "break" the outwit. Once the outwit is applied, it lasts until the beginning of their next turn or until the figure with the outwit loses outwit or is KOd (which seems a meaningless distinction since I have never seen a figure with a black square behind the KO on its dial).
