I just have to ask, did you just use the PC Doom and an extra cape for this? Considering that I have zero Doom figures of any kind, I'd like to make one, but am drawing a blank on how to do it...

Thank you very much for the attention.
Actually, The PC Doom's head and arms got chopped (at the elbows)and repositioned one in front and the other behind, and filled the gaps with putty, and the cape is actually moulded Cord Waterstop putty with a cable tie frame piercing through the front just where the Gold Pins are placed. This is my only Doom figure so I'm really not familiar with the 'past Doom figs.
As for the putty I recently have been more adept in using it so I'm planning to remake the cape when I have the time.
